It has integrated radio functionality to provide two-way communications for up to two miles using 14 FRS (Family Radio Service) channels. The Rino 130 also provides 8 high-performance GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service) channels and 8 GMRS repeater channels (U. versions only) for up to five miles. GMRS repeater channels are not approved for use by the Canadian government, so they are disabled on Rino 130 units sold in Canada. You can keep track of up to 50 contacts from Rino users.
